Berton restaurant has two premises in Bilbao and offers a varied menu of the best Basque cuisine, selecting the best raw materials to offer quality products. Its closed holm oak charcoal oven stands out, which gives an intense and exceptional flavour to its meat and fish, as well as offering the option of grilled meat and fish. They also have a wide variety of pintxos made with the best products on the market, including an exquisite pintxo of potato omelette, mushrooms with goat's cheese or a portion of Iberian ham cut slowly with their 1907 Berkel slicer, which improves the quality of the ham cut thanks to its carbon steel blade and the slowness of the cut to avoid heating the ham's own fat. All this can be accompanied by a wide selection of wines.
